My highlight of Nepal was following Babu lines down the Tamber Kosi which he ‘remembered’ from the year before, then cruising down the Sun Kosi before hiking up to the village where he grew up. We spent several days in the hospitality of his family and at his old school before heading down the Sun Kosi river again to our nest destination. Nepal was a steep learning curve for both my paddling skills and travelling experience and is ultimately what has got me hooked!
