A wise old bird once told me you have to ‘get it out of your system’ referring to my love for kayaking raging rivers in far flung places around the world. This didn’t sit right with me......’it’s not about getting it out of your system but getting your system out there’
Your system is a combination of all the things you need to do to fulfil yourself and live your life to the full. This leaves us with the task of not just understanding our system but getting it out there and getting it functioning.
White water kayaking is an integral part of my system that I am blessed to have discovered. This site is a record of me getting this part of my system out there allowing it to function to the max. My main purpose in creating this site is to inspire others to get their system out there by sharing the photos, experiences and information about all of my kayaking expeditions to date. This site was created in early 2009.
